One Time Use is a single $99 payment for one focus group session. You get full analytics and a standard-length insights report, but no session history or the ability to revisit your group later. Monthly subscriptions (Core, Growth, Pro) give you ongoing access, saved history, customizable report formats, and the ability to run concurrent focus groups depending on your tier.

Annual plans save you up to 17% compared to monthly billing. You'll be billed once per year at the discounted rate. Core drops from $149/month to ~$125/month ($1,499/year), Growth from $299/month to ~$250/month ($2,999/year), and Pro from $449/month to ~$375/month ($4,499/year). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.

Concurrent focus groups are the number of active, running research sessions you can have going at the same time. For example, on the Growth plan with 3 concurrent groups, you could be testing a new campaign concept in one group, refining brand messaging in a second, and exploring a product idea in a third — all simultaneously.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your existing focus group history and data are always preserved.
